Initial casting for the Lincoln Center concert staging ofThe Scarlet Pimpernel, with music by Frank Wildhorn and book and lyrics by Nan Knighton, has been announced, with more to follow:
Laura Osnes (Bandstand, Cinderella) as Marguerite
Norm Lewis (Les Miserables, Porgy and Bess) as Chauvelin
Corey Cott (Bandstand, Newsies) as Armand
Dana Costello (Finding Neverland, Jekyll and Hyde) as Marie
Drew Gehling (Jersey Boys, Waitress) as Prince of Wales/Robespierre
The Scarlet Pimpernel will be presented as a one-night-only concert staging at New York's Lincoln Center on February 18, 2019 through Manhattan Concert Productions. Tickets can be purchased at mcp.us and lincolncenter.org.
