Rudolf Complete Cast Recording Released

A complete cast recording of the Vienna production of Rudolf - Affaire Mayerling is
expected out on 22 December 2009. This 2-CD set will include a booklet with a photo gallery from the
production, and is available for pre-order from
Sound

Takarazuka Revue to Present Pimpernel Again

Takarazuka Revue has announced their upcoming season of productions, which includes their second staging
of The Scarlet Pimpernel. The show will be presented by the Moon Troupe in Takarazuka, Japan, 16 April
- 17 May 2010 and then in Tokyo, Japan, 4 June - 4 July 2010. The cast is expected to be led by Hiromu
Kiriya as Percy and Yuki Aono as Marguerite. The show will again be directed by Shuichiro Koike. More

Camille Claudel Demo Available Online

We are very pleased to present many of the demo tracks from Camille Claudel on this website.
The tracks were recorded in 2001 and 2004 by Linda Eder, Guy LeMonnier, Michael Nouri, Matt Bogart and cast
members from the Goodspeed Musicals production of the show. The tracks, along with more information, can be
found on the Camille recordings page.
Vienna Rudolf to be Released on DVD

A complete DVD recording of the Vienna production of Rudolf - Affaire Mayerling will be
released soon. The video, produced by MG-Sound and MWB, includes the full show recorded by a
six camera crew, live from the stage of the Raimund Theater. The DVD is expected to run about 150 minutes
and will be regionless, but in PAL format. It will have stereo and 5.1 surround sound audio. It is
currently available for pre-order from
Sound
of Music or Amazon.de.
Takarazuka Pimpernel Wins Several Awards

The Japanese premiere production of The Scarlet Pimpernel, presented by the all-female Takarazuka
Revue, has just won the "Grand Prize" award at the 34th Kikuta Kazuo Drama Awards. Asuka Toono (Marguerite),
Kei Aran (Percy) and Shuichiro Koike (director) are pictured, left to right, in
this article, accepting the award at a ceremony on 21
April 2009. The show also won an "Excellence Award" at the 16th Yomiuri Theater Awards, and Reon Yuzuki
(Chauvelin) won a "New Actor" award at the 30th Matsuo Entertainment Awards.
Rudolf Cast Recording Released

A German-language cast recording of the production of Rudolf - Affaire Mayerling in Vienna,
Austria, was released on 7 April.
It is available for purchase from VBW,
Sound of Music,
Amazon.de,
Musical-Shop and
iTunes.
A karaoke/sing-along CD for the show, with backing vocals and orchestral tracks recorded by the Orchestra of
Vereinigte Bühnen Wien, is expected out in May. It is available for pre-order from
VBW and
Sound of Music.

Chorus Line Documentary: "Every Little Step" Opens

The Chorus Line documentary, "Every Little Step", opens in movie theaters in New York City and Los
Angeles today. The film explores the original creation of the musical and the process of casting and
launching the recent revival (produced by Nan's husband, John Breglio). It includes interviews with members
of the original creative team and cast, the revival creative team and cast, and Mr. Breglio himself.

was recently published on Playbill Online.
It was also just announced on Playbill that
John Breglio is being honored by the National Corporate Theatre Fund with the Achievement in Theatre Award,
at a gala even on 20 April.
Dreamgirls in South Korea and the US
(20 March 2009)
Nan's husband, John Breglio, is producing a revival of the Henry Krieger-Tom Eyen musical
Dreamgirls (first seen on Broadway in 1981, in a run which lasted four years, and adapted for the
silver screen in 2006). The show is now running in Seoul, South Korea in a co-production with OD Musical which runs through 26 July. An American tour of the
show will launch on 7 November 2009 at Harlem's historic Apollo
Theater, as part of the venue's 75th Anniversary season. Robert Longbottom (Flower Drum Song, Side
Show, The Scarlet Pimpernel) directs the US tour.

Rudolf has Opened in Vienna
(27 February 2009)
Rudolf - Affaire Mayerling opened on 26 February at the Raimund Theater in Vienna, Austria.
Vereinigte Bühnen Wien is presenting the German-language
premiere of the show, with a cast led by Drew Sarich as Rudolf, Lisa Antoni as Mary Vetsera, Uwe Kröger as
Taaffe, Claus Dam as Franz Joseph, Carin Filipcic as Marie Larisch and Wietske von Tongeren as Stephanie.

Pimpernel to Play in Budapest

Two performances of The Scarlet Pimpernel have just been announced in Budapest, Hungary. The Hungarian
production, which premiered in Szolnok on 3 October, will play at Budapest Thália Színház in
